Usually if you would like to see Dr Thomas, you will schedule a 15 minute exploratory call either on Zoom or WhatsApp.

If Dr Thomas thinks she can assist you, then she will send you some forms to fill in online, which you must complete three working days before the appointment.

If you prefer, you can print out the forms, fill them in, and post them to us – again, as long as we have them three working days before the appointment.
If you have any relevant test results please send them to us.

Also, please keep a three day food diary and bring that with you if you are coming for an Oligoscan.

If you are coming for an Oligoscan Test, all we need is access to your hands. So come as you are.

For TRE sessions, please come in comfortable clothing. We will be doing some stretching and gentle movement, so wear loose comfy clothing. Bring along a light blanket, a cushion or pillow, and a yoga mat if you have one. I will provide water, but if you want to bring your own water bottle that is also perfect

For QEC or other therapies, come dressed comfortably.

Please let us know in advance if you have any sensory or other needs that we need to take into account during your session.
Yes, we can see you over Zoom or Skype for most consultations

Ideally, I like to see you in person for the initial appointment, if possible.

For Oligoscan - we have to do the test in person, and all other sessions can be done remotely

TRE can be done remotely, however, if you are in the area, it is always nice to do one or two in person sessions.

QEC is also possibly remotely, although I much prefer doing QEC in person.

Our cancellation policy is pretty standard:

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date for a more suitable time. There is no charge to you for a cancellation within this time period
  • Please send both an email and a WhatsApp message to effect the cancellation
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged reflecting time allocated with Dr Thomas for the booking. This is because, we a last minute cancellation is not often possible for us to fill so please bear this in mind.
